Hi! I'm Nicole

I'm a Certified Health Coach from both Dr. Sears in Colorado as well as from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

I'm also a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor and am well versed in the practices of emotion clearing and applied Kinesiology. I have my Reiki II training and am working towards my Master training.

I will soon be a licensed Massage Therapist and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator.

A Little About Me

I began my health coaching practice in 2018 focusing on women's hormones and infertility, where all 6 of my baby-seeking clients were able to conceive a baby and carry to term over the following year.

My ex was soon diagnosed with Chron's Disease and I stopped taking clients to give my full attention to him. Within a year, his flair ups had completely stopped and he was able to regulate the illness with lifestyle and diet.

After Covid we moved a bunch, and settled in South Dakota where we bought 40 acres and planned to homestead. Instead, we moved in with my best friend, got divorced and I was left with 3 Great Pyrenees puppies, 27 chickens, and a converted ambulance. That next year was a painful one, but it made me who I am today.

I began health coaching once again in August of 2023 after divorcing my husband of 10 years, walking away from a toxic best friend of 11 years, and taking the time I needed to listen to my inner voice, speak my truth and figure out what I wanted from life.

I coach clients who are grappling with generational wounds.

I specialize in wounds left by organized religion, narcissistic parents/partners, abandonment, co-dependency, miscarriages, loss, loneliness, anxiety and depression.

I still take clients who are struggling to balance their hormones or achieve pregnancy even though it's no longer my focus. And the health coach in me will always enjoy helping clients heal digestive issues as these problems are usually at the root of all illness.
