Hi! I'm Nicole
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
I'm also a Certified Health Coach from both Dr. Sears who is located in Colorado as well as from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
I'm a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor and Cacao Facilitator and am well versed in the practices of Emotion Clearing and Applied Kinesiology.
I have my Reiki II training and am working towards my Master training.
I'm an Energy Healer and a Light Worker
But above all else, I am an Empath. I can feel other's emotions so deeply that it's like they're my own, and most of my work revolves around helping my clients heal from deep seated wounds that are causing unwanted emotions.
A Little About Me
I was born and raised in Oregon and living in the panhandle of Nebraska means that I spend a lot of time missing the ocean.
Jon, my partner, fiancé, guy, is the best man I've ever known. We met working the long seasonal shifts at Target in December of 2022 and fell in love over the next year. He's my rock, my support, the person I complain to and celebrate with. I wouldn't be where I am today without his constant steadiness and loving patience, and to be fair he wouldn't be who he is today without me. We compliment each other well and have worked hard to heal from our pasts and make our relationship what we want it to be.
When I'm not working my day job or giving massages at the shop, I spend every spare moment I can with my fur family. Which is made up of (in order of appearance into our lives);
- Leo, our Great Pyrenees, who is the guardian, protector and emotional support of everyone in our home.
- Salem, our black cat and spiritual advisor. He may have walked the streets at one time in his past, but today he has been tamed into a wise and kind gentleman.
- Sedona, our orange and white loaf of a cat, brings the definition of cat-hood to life with her 12 hour naps, biscut kneading and constant purrs.
- Lady, our Great Dane, who has seen the worst side of humans and is still striving to gain weight and learn to trust, but shows us daily what strength and dignity look like
- And Sage, our grey Holland Lopp of a bunny who moved in and has taken over our little gang. He might be the smallest member of our family, but don't let his size fool you. He's all spunky hops and plenty of nose twitches if things aren't going his way.
Our family is full of fur, love and snuggles, which is all anyone can ask for in this crazy chaos of life.
My favorite color is purple. Someday I want to be a licensed Aeronaut and own my own hot air balloon. I'm always busy trying to learn something new, and this next year I'm hoping to learn to play the guitar and speak Spanish. I prefer audiobooks over reading books, and my brain is always offering up a song lyric or movie quote for any given situation. I'm a nerd who loves all things Harry Potter, Disney, Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. I want to be a plant person, but they keep committing suicide to get away from me.
My last name is my own creation. After my divorce I didn't want to go back to my maiden name and I didn't want to keep my ex's, so I made up a new one and had it legally changed. It stands for Water, Air, Earth, Love, Ether and Fire. All of the elements + Love.
I've lived a long life, with many ups and even more downs. But I'm here, proving that listening to your heart leads to good things.
